Went in last weekend ready with cash in hand. Walked in with my son dressed in regular shorts & sandals. There were 5 salesman outside chatting all dressed in tacky shirts. I walked in the showroom and walked out and asked another salesman ( not in the group) where I could find the Accent hatchbacks, was told in the back of lot. I walked again passed the 5 salesman that where in a laughing conversation and again not one asked me if I needed help. My son and I walked all the back lot and looked at several cars ( locked ). Came back to my car & left. When I arrived home I called the General mag. for that day and explained what happened. I figured they did not bother with me because of the comfortable way I was dressed so they probably figured I had no $. (wrong !) Mgr. asked me to come back in and he would take personal care of me. I said no way. Should get there salesman to be better people and treat everyone the same, whether they are dressed fancy ( with no money ) or relax look with cash in hand. So, long story or I should say better ending story, I just purchased ( Cash ) my brand new car 2013 Hyundai Hatchback from Rick Case with 20/2000,000 warranty because they offer at no extra charge double the warranty. Thanks for pointing me in a respected dealership jerks. Who ever reads this should really go to Rick Case where EVERYBODY gets treated well and they have free coffee and popcorn. More
Truly, one of the worst experiences of my life. The list of negative experiences I went through with these people is too long for me to get into in words. The sales side of this dealership is beyond sleezy of negative experiences I went through with these people is too long for me to get into in words. The sales side of this dealership is beyond sleezy and the service side is severely incompetent. Here's just a glimpse of what I went through, but it's not everything: Sales Dept: Paid $16k for an '08 car. Got the ol' pressure sales tactics from the salespeople which I just wasn't ready for. The car had some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. They promised me it'd be taken care of right away. They took 2 weeks to get tbe car to me. When I finally started driving it, I discovered a horrible noise that I would hear everytime i cranked on the a/c. Had to then be inconvenienced again because I had to take the car in to their svce. dept. to have this taken care of as the car was under warranty. Service Dept: Well, took the car in to have the a/c noise fixed but the svce dept determined that the problem was the engine block. ENGINE BLOCK? Needless to say, the engine block was changed but the noise was still there. Got fed up & got their corp. office involved. Went to another Hyundai dealership's svce dept. (Rick Case) & they took care of the problem right away. It turned out to be that it needed a new a/c compressor. You can just imagine the nightmare that this was...but wait, there's more...I just won't get into any further detail. Folks, just please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED More

We browsed several Hyundai dealerships in the south Florida region, and based off the excellent service we received from Johnny Rodrique of Doral Hyundai, we decided that he was doing the most fighting for us to get us the vehicle of our choice for the right price. Johnny and Nick really emphasized their willingness to support military families by getting us into the car that we wanted. My wife and I had a budget which we were told by other Hyundai dealerships was unreasonable. These gentlemen really bent over backwards for us, and sacrificed a lot of time away from their family to cater to us. Based off of my experience and after buying several new vehicles in the past, Johnny Rodrique is the salesman I would recommend to Family, Friends, and anybody who wants a straight to the point, non-pushy, attentive guy who is on your side to get you the best bang for your buck! This Place and it's salesmen are the typical bait and switch dirty greaseball used cars salesmantype dealership. Drove all the way from Ft Myers to purchase a pre owned Honda Accord. When we arrived the care was in terrible condition. It was filthy the leather was torn and the front tires where completely worn out. I was told that this car was in mint condition and that it was ready to go. Needless to say the greasy saleman and manager could have cared less. We ended up spending 7 hours driving in our car round trip for nothing. This place is full of empty promises and they could care less about you .They definately have that We ll just sell the car to someone else attitude buyer beware. The manager said that they only do the minimum to get these cars back on the road.Which by the looks of this car was absolutely nothing. Additionally they charge a 900 dollar dealer fee on all oftheir used cars.This is outrageous. Especially when they dont even wash these cars when they get them in . More

I am very happy to say that he got a good deal with OUR CAR, and the payment we were looking for. needless to say, the car is amazing! i love it. soft steering wheel, runs sooo smooth. ohh. we recently went to Orlando, Florida (walt disney) and I was sursprised on the gas. before we left, we filled the up the tank and by the time we got to Orlando the tank was still half full. I am very happy, satisfied with my Hyundai. Thanks to Doral Hyundai for coming throu!!!! Gilma Reyes one happy camper. More
We went in thinking that we would not be able to find a new car in our budget. We were wrong. The dealership basically matched the price of a used car we were going to buy, for one of their newer models. new car in our budget. We were wrong.
