Make Doral Hyundai your first and ONLY visit! I wasted too much of my time going to many dealers to find the right car at the right price. It was stressful and exhausting to say the least. A good I wasted too much of my time going to many dealers to find the right car at the right price. It was stressful and exhausting to say the least. A good friend gave me a tip and told me to go to Doral Hyundai. I live in Broward so it was a drive for me but it was well worth it. I found the car I REALLY wanted with all the options and the experience itself was very pleasant, not stressful. Salesperson listened to MY needs. They valued my time and made sure the paperwork was done in a timely manner. They provided a tutorial on the vehicle's features so I was comfortable when I drove off. I would definitely go back time and time again and recommend others. More
If there there was an option for 0 stars, count this as one. On 6/7/14 I leased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan at this dealership. The process was a hassle and the salesman (Raydel Vergara) was disrespectful. On 6/7/14 I leased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan at this dealership. The process was a hassle and the salesman (Raydel Vergara) was disrespectful. After 6 hours in the dealership, the new car pulled up. The salesman set up the SATNAV and we were ready to go, except that there were no floor mats, no 2nd set of keys,no manual, and spelled our names in the documents wrong after telling them to correct it 3 times! yes, we counted. Anyways the salesman scribbled on the We Owe Parts form and told me to come back in 3 days.(He also didn't help link me up with bluelink) 3 days later, I came to the dealership as told...no parts. Eventually after going back and forth between the service center and the salesperson, I got my floor mats, nothing else. I asked for my keys and they said to come in a week. I came one week later (after calling and confirming that my keys were there at the dealership) and no one had any idea what I was talking about. They told me after having me wait for an hour, to come back tomorrow and that the key was on its way. When it came the next day, it was the wrong one. They did however "program" the fob but it had no key in it, therefore it couldn't operate when the car was off. I would need my working complete key to use my incomplete second key. They tried a to pull fast one too by rushing a signature on something incomplete hidden in the cup holders folded down (they didn't tell me where it was) and tried rushing me out of the dealership. I confronted the salesperson (Raydel Vergara) asking what the deal was. He said that all he did is sell the car, everything else is up to me and to speak with the financier. I told him I wanted to speak with no one else other than the manager (Nick). As I was walking towards the manager, Raydel says a couple of sly (guaperia) comments trying to pick a fight. He flinches so hard after I faced him and said "Whats Up?". I set a meeting with Nick for the following week, at which he promises the key and manual by following Friday. I call for the keys to make sure. No keys are there. So I decided to go to Hyundai Customer Service to see if they could help. He also cheaply said he'd fill up my tank compensating "my trips" to the dealership. Its a $50,000 car, I can afford my own gas. I was helped out by "Guy" a very helpful and understanding person who I must say did his absolute best to handle this issue. This is my Hyundai case number 6831902 (#2714-439280407-6962). He was also given the runaround. Until reaching someone named Troy at Doral Hyundai who then "ships" the key to my house. I received a package with a key and a programming booklet. I now have a key and not a fob, which is again useless and incomplete. I contact Guy from Hyundai Customer Service to see how we approach this, but its the end of the road. There's nothing they can do. I must and will take legal and social action. 9 months later nothing has changed just my patience. If you are considering taking legal and social action against this dealership please email me at mllob001@fiu.edu. Thank You! Martin Llobell And Please! Don't get fooled by some of their good reviews. Look at the patterns and pay attention, this is one of those companies that use their employees to flood review sites with good reviews to hide the truth! More

I ask to I went to this dealer to see the new Genesis. As soon I get out of my car a sales man with a look of a bar tender ask me if I need something. I ask to see the car and he walk to the car and told me here it is. I ask If they have a car inside the showroom to see the interior, and told no, we don't have. At this point I expected he will go for a key in ordet to open one, but he came away some feet. Looking the lack of interest in show me the car i left the deale and nobody ask me nothing. At the end I finish my day buying and Audi in The Collection. Great Service. More

Costumer service terrible, they lose things, they forget things, and you may think.. “ohh, poor people they don’t do it intentionally, they are nice”…WRONG..If you need a car, the last place you should go is DORAL HYUNDAY. Un professionalism To whom this May concern , This dealer is full of people who sit Around and joke and lounge. The level of professionalism is so low I barely saw any To whom this May concern , This dealer is full of people who sit Around and joke and lounge. The level of professionalism is so low I barely saw any at All. Employees screaming across the room at other employees , conversations of personal lives and service providers stuck to the vending machines, chatter underneath their breath while staring at customers and laughing. This place overall is one big joke and the customers are the targets because we suffer when the employees drop the ball. Overall this was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this center for service to anyone looking for good quality customer service. If I could rate this service center any lower than a zero I would. More
Our experience at Doral Hyundai was considerably superior to that at a couple of other dealerships we had already visited. We were intent on leasing an SUV of a certain type and the Santa Fe was on the shor to that at a couple of other dealerships we had already visited. We were intent on leasing an SUV of a certain type and the Santa Fe was on the short list. Yasser Fahmy, our sales counselor, spent sufficient time with us explaining various options of models and letting us test drive many of them, as well as leasing procedures. The dealership handled transferring the registration from our trade-in to the new car, Yasser gave us a brief but thorough tutorial on all the Santa Fe's "workings," introduced us to the service department, and we drove out with our new car in short order. Looking forward to a satisfactory and long-term relationship with Doral Hyundai. More
I went to doral Hyundai to purchase a certified 2010 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday (01-18-2014) . Service representative was NIXON BARBOSA. I have signed all the papers and was asked by him to wait till M Hyundai Elantra on Saturday (01-18-2014) . Service representative was NIXON BARBOSA. I have signed all the papers and was asked by him to wait till Monday to get my loan approved. I waited till Monday and they did 6 hard inquiries on my account. I never heard back from them till Monday. When I call NIXON back on Monday evening he told me that car was sold to some one else by (Andrew another sales guy). I was really shocked to hear that. The worst of all is that he said there was another car similar to that and promised to sell that by next week.(Just to buy some time from me. There was no real such car) I tried to call his manager ( Herald Manger for Used Cars sales ) who never answered my call. After calling many a times I spoke to another manager called NICK who promised to sort out the issue by next day and call me back on Tuesday. But neither NICK nor NIXON nor Herald called me all week despite of me trying to reach them. I went to their showroom back on 1/25/2014. This is the worst experience any one could face. Nixon was acting busy as if he never saw me. Herald was such an idiot who refused to talk to me. Can some one tell me how to deal with these bunch of idiots. I would be really happy if some one could fire all these dumb *** and improve the customer service. More

I have not been able t is about 1 1/2 hr drive. the car was just as he said, price was right left 100 dollar deposit unforunately credit didn't work. I have not been able to get my 100 dollar deposit back. Yasser claimed he could mail it because it could get lost. Then I spoken to sales manager Nick who claimed on the 7th of jan I would have it on the 10th and now on the 16h he won't take my call. I left Pedro Cassel the General Manager several messages and he is so unprofessional in my opinion that he doesn't even return your calls. I no choice but to call these weak men small time crooks. They apparently steal 100 dollars at a time from customers. Do Not Do Business with these rats. If you speak to them tell them to give me my money. More
