Misleading and Unprofessional I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I recently experienced at this dealership. I was called with a lease quote the I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I recently experienced at this dealership. I was called with a lease quote the night prior on a particular model by Elizabeth and Phillip. I confirmed the numbers several times with both of them and made an appointment for the next morning to complete the paper work. Upon my arrival, I received a different quote with a payment that was $150 more than was quoted to me. When I challenged the numbers I was told "You have no chance of getting those numbers. Sorry you wasted your time." The manager was unwilling to step off his "platform" to discuss the matter with me until I demanded. Again, his response was "I can't do anything for you". No one even attempted to mitigate their own mistake. I WOULD NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! More
