Once my car was done, I waited 30 minutes for paperwork. And was told a few times that it was coming. So, the service was slow and customer service from the service advisor was not great. My last visit was horrible. I’m a customer for a few years now and was totally disappointed. I got there at my scheduled 5pm appointment for a oil change. Service was completely I’m a customer for a few years now and was totally disappointed. I got there at my scheduled 5pm appointment for a oil change. Service was completely done about 5:35p. The problem is that I didn’t get my car back till 6:30p after multiple attempts from my side. Don’t make any sense. Another issue that your dealership may need to take care of is your mechanics. If they don’t have any task at hand to they should not be just sitting around or napping. This looks really bad to any business. I’m quite sure there are many things to around a shop quite as busy but as yours. For now I’m still debating if I should go back for service there. Sincerely Antonio. More
