The oil change was done as promised but I requested an estimate for a part and I was not given one. Just a total including labor when I asked for the part only. When I asked another Service Advisor he was estimate for a part and I was not given one. Just a total including labor when I asked for the part only. When I asked another Service Advisor he was apparently not able to give me the estimate either because he said he would tell the original advisor. My advisor didn't come speak to me, simply relayed with the other advisor that he would text it to me. What he texted me was the same total. I responded and requested ONCE AGAIN the price of the part. I wanted an actual estimate not just a total and I also never got a response to that text. Also my lyft ride was canceled (by the dealer) twice, that process should be made better so that the rider gets notifications about their driver and when they're arriving. ALSO my appointment was at 7 am, I didn't get a call that my vehicle was ready until 4:45, that is honesty ridiculous, luckily I was not in need of the car that day but regardless that is completely unacceptable!
