Rip-off artists My truck was involved in an accident and I had the vehicle towed to Donovan's. It took them almost 3 weeks to do the repairs, however, 2 weeks of tha My truck was involved in an accident and I had the vehicle towed to Donovan's. It took them almost 3 weeks to do the repairs, however, 2 weeks of that was waiting for a part that could have been bought locally, or shipped overnight. I had a $1,000 deductible, but ended up owing them $2500 for various things supposedly not covered by my insurance. RIGHT!!! 2 weeks later, the truck is making terrible noise, and I had to have it towed in again. I called first, and told them what was wrong, but they would not tell me if it was covered by the warranty work unless I brought it in. So, I paid for towing, only for them to say, NO, it isn't covered (turns out, it should have been replaced during the repairs) and they said it would cost $250. I needed my truck for work, and did not want to have to pay another $80 towing fee, so I told them to go ahead. Went to pick the truck up, and the bill was $389!!!!! These people are thieves and liars. I have spoken to several other shops who all agree that my deductible was all I should have had to pay, because all the rest was due to the accident. Unless you can afford to burn money, don't get your vehicle fixed here!!! More
Horrible experience I took my truck in three times for the same problem. They charged me hundreds of dollars each time and never fixed the issue. The forth time I brought it in I was told they were "washing their hands of it"., The General manager of course wasn't "available" to talk to me. The service advisor told me "I flat don't care about you" and Bruce the New Car manager threatened to beat the tar out of me if I didn't get in my "junk xxx truck" and get it the xxxx off "his" property. This is not the way to do business and they have lost mine. More
Heads sales manager doesn't now how to sale So I was looking to buy a 2010 escalade there and the sales manager pretty much told me I couldn't afford it , he had no idea I had the cash ready to So I was looking to buy a 2010 escalade there and the sales manager pretty much told me I couldn't afford it , he had no idea I had the cash ready to buy it was just trying to talk him down $500.00 and he ignored me the kid sales person was fine but the sales manager is cocky and erragont I ended up buying a 2013 hybrid escalade in Missouri, and I will never go back to Donovan . More
