We started on the website then we called and spoke with Travis Baldwin. When we arrived at the dealership Jim Pearce, Sales Professional, was waiting to greet us and welcome us to the dealership. Jim was straightforward, a good listener and honest and above all, Jim was not high pressure. In fact he really didn't sell the vehicle, we bought it. Once the deal was finalized we spoke with Tyler Conrad, Finance Manager, Tyler was professional and had all of the paperwork ready to go. Decided on the first one. No pressure with salesperson. He did not try to sway me towards another more expensive vehicle. Excellent experience. Will deal with them in the future. Improvement- Dealership needs to have bottles water available for customers. I asked and they found some for use but it wasn't in plane site. Overall excellent exp. No pressure. More
