Best Service Ever! Our car unexpectedly broke down when we were traveling through Wichita. We had our vehicle towed to Donovan Auto and Truck center. We are not very familiar with Wichita and have never bought a car here, but I'm so gtateful that my internet search led us to this business. Everyone we met there greeted us and showed us exceptional hospitality. We decided to move forward with purchasing a new vehicle at Donovan's. The customer service was absolutely unmatched. They showed care and concern for our unfortunate circumstances and worked diligently with us to find the right vehicle to fit our needs and budget. I had gone to several dealerships within a 12 day period of time and they tried selling me things I didn't need or want. Didn't listen to what I was looking for, tried ripping me off by changing the terms and some caused such havoc on my credit because they used old addresses off of my credit report that the dealership ran. And the other dealerships gave me such a hard time with me wanting to transfer my tags that were from another State. I walked away from 3 sales purchased because of it. I have always purchased Toyota's and I am pleasantly surprised with my Cadillac XT5 Luxury vehicle. Also the manager Michael Weildman was very helpful also even after the sale when I needed a document for my regestration for out of State. I never thought I would end up with a Cadillac when I was out looking at Acura's, Audi's and Lexus's. I'm so glad I stopped in at Donovan's. More

Great experience! I originally found the car in Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through them. There was a salesman ( Brandon Rush) that contacted me almost immedia I originally found the car in Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through them. I made an appointment with him, he was pleasant, professional and not high pressure! Long story short, from the time I got to the dealership, until the time I drove out was less than 3 hours.
