Mr Jeremy Allen was so helpful and I never felt pressured to trade cars like I had been at a dealership in Memphis the day before. He offered what I knew was a fair price for my '06 CTS and I knew his '09 Mercedes was priced right, I had already researched both cars on the internet-Kelly Blue Book and knew what each one was worth. Even though I didn't finance my "new" '09 Mercedes, Ms Marci Pyle was supper nice and efficient when she did the paper work on the trade on both cars. I am more than happy with the difference that I paid between the cars and I have been telling everyone what a great deal I got at Donohoo Auto in Pellham Alabama. Very simple and pleasant car buying experience! I shopped their website for weeks before they got the SUV I was searching for. Their huge inventory changes all the time so it didn't take long! To test drive the vehicle I just had to let them copy my driver's license. There was no pressure, the finance department got me a great rate and everyone involved in the sale was friendly and helpful. There were a couple of items I wanted fixed with the interior and all I had to do was list them down on a sheet of paper and they were thoroughly taken care of. When I went in to pick up the car it took all of twenty minutes to complete the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership. More

My experience with Donohoo Auto was surreal; I must admit it was a little nontraditional and definitely unconventional. I couldn't believe that no-one was hassling us. But we loved it! Due to a hectic schedule, my wife and I had to bring our five year and 5 week old children with us. The friendly, safe, clean, no hassle environment was wonderful. They let us test-drive as many cars as we liked. They even let us take the vehicle to be inspected and offered to fix the recommendation before we purchased it. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We definitely got more, “bang for our buck!” I have already recommended Donohoo to a seriously interest buyer and for my next purchase-"I"BE BACK!!!!" More

We picked out the cars we'd like to test drive from the A/C'ed office. They copied my driver's license & started lining them up at the front door for us. I saw the BMW on ebay listed liked all the options and price. I didn't bid instead I emailed Donohoo Auto for me info and applied for financing ,next day I received a phone call that I was approved that's price.
