Jay was very responsive and with verification from my local VW dealer totally stood behind the issues and subsequent costs I incurred. I told him I had a trade that I was a little upside down in, gave him the VIN, mileage, payoff amount, and credit info. Within ten minutes he called me back with a deal offer. I accepted and drove down. This was a Friday evening, I knew they closed at seven and Birmingham traffic was in gridlock. I arrived at six twenty-two. I drove the vehicle while they performed a solid appraisal on my trade. When we returned, the offer stayed the same as the initial offer, and I had signed all contracts and completed all paperwork before seven oclock. Every employee that I had interaction with was friendly and professional. I felt like I was a priority customer and that my satisfaction was their only priority. The follow-up call by Brian five days later only served to solidify me as a repeat customer in the future. This is by far the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Even better than CarMax! This was the absolutely best car buying experience I have ever had. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to purchase so I went to Donohoo to drive different options. There was a large variety of great looking cars and I was able to test drive cars without a sales person riding along. There was never any pressure to make a purchase. When I decided on a car to purchase I wanted to get an independent mechanics inspection at my expense to make sure I wasn't missing anything. My mechanic is close to the dealership and James dropped the car off at the scheduled time for a thorough second opinion. After the mechanic said the car was in great shape I started the purchase process The final paperwork procedure was as organized and stress free as the shopping experience. I love my new car and I love it even more because the buying experience was open, honest and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership and I will never buy a car any other way. More
