No wait time I was in and out in about 20 minutes didn't have to sit and wait all day like at most dealerships to fill out my paperwork and my car was waiting for I was in and out in about 20 minutes didn't have to sit and wait all day like at most dealerships to fill out my paperwork and my car was waiting for me when I arrived cleaned and gassed up ready to go. After getting the car home I realized my passenger seat was not working I called the next day and talked to Lydia who was most helpful in getting this situation resolved great service. More

Donohoo is a wonderful and professional dealership. Just took delivery of a 2009 Audi S8 on 7/31/15 - and the car is far nicer than either the photos or description. There was no "pushy salesmanship" at all - and Eric and Chris were completely professional and conservative in describing the car - and provided a great car at a fair and competitive price. I purchased over the internet - and it was a completely professional experience - and I am including sales, delivery management and title oversight - and the car came with a full tank of gas. Truly a great buying experience - a classy operation. More

Be Informed! I recently visited this dealership in order to purchase a used vehicle. I was not going to initially post a review considering I did not buy a car but I recently visited this dealership in order to purchase a used vehicle. I was not going to initially post a review considering I did not buy a car but ultimately decided to complete one. while visiting this dealership I was able to search their inventory online with the assistance of the extremely friendly front desk staff. After locating an Infiniti that I wanted to test drive, the staff had it pulled around front for me. while driving this vehicle I noticed a few small concerns. Once I arrived back at the dealership the desk staff allowed me to speak with a salesman in order to discuss the possibility of me purchasing the vehicle. While talking to this gentleman I mentioned a few of my concerns. One of which being th at the vehicle did not have the model number (ex.Q50, M37)printed on the back like all Infiniti vehicles do. The salesman actually told me that Infiniti did not place the model numbers on the back of the vehicles for that particular year.I had researched this particular Infiniti for about a week prior to coming to Donohoo and found it extremely unsettling that the salesmen would actually suggest to me that the model numbers were not printed on the back of vehicles in 2012. This raised a red flag for me. The lack of model number could have been something as simple as the previous owner wanted it removed or as significant as the vehicle having paint or body damage. However the fact that the salesman tried to tell me that there were no model number printed on the back of Infinitis for this year make me uncomfortable. When you are preparing to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle you want the sales people to be honest and trustworthy so that you feel secure in vehicle purchase. Although this may seem very small and insignificant too many this was enough for me to decide to look elsewhere. I am by no means judging the entire dealership by my one experience but I just felt uneasy with that visit. I hope everyone has a better experience and finds the car of their dreams. More
