The salesman I dealt with was Alex Wolfe and he had one of the staff drive all the way to the airport to pick us up. When we arrived at the dealership everyone treated us like family and pitched in to make the sale as enjoyable as possible. It was altogether the best sales experience I've ever had. Thank you Alex!! Thank you Donohoo!!! The Porsche is now on Hwy 1 near San Francisco where it belongs. More

Only had one key... Mark was attempting to sell a 34,000 Lexus car but with only one key and didn't make any attempt to get an additional key like most dealerships or eve Mark was attempting to sell a 34,000 Lexus car but with only one key and didn't make any attempt to get an additional key like most dealerships or even compensate for the key. I test drove the car and the inside was filthy. The car was previously wrecked and had not been buffed or waxed to removed the other vehicles pants off the grill. I spoke with the Finance manager and the sales manager about at least getting a key and that paint taken care of. The sales manager agreed to take care of the paint. But nothing on key. So I called the GM because he wasn't present at time and left a voicemail and I'm waiting on the return of his call. Mark said the reason they can't get a key because they sale so many luxury vehicles that Lexus, Mercedes, & BWM doesn't like them and doesn't move fast enough. So the owner would have the key.... I strongly believe in Lexus and it's the only thing I've driven and I don't believe that. More

You won't find pushy sales people here, you won't find tricky sales tactics or dishonesty. What you see is what you get, but you get a lot like great service, people who seem to care, people who follow up with you to make sure you're happy and people who will make sure the ride you just picked up is working, running and you are happy. This is how I envisioned a car dealership. More

Not For The Faint Of Heart Price is set and the term "no haggle" is their mantra. If you are looking to negotiate this is not your dealership. Their requirement to show proof of one's bank approval is concerning. If you have a single car in mind your okay. However if you have two or more the "round robin" effect seeing one car for the length of the test drive and then it's immediately placed back in inventory. This can make the experience a lot less personal. Do your home work, look over the car closely, get the CARFAX, there's no salesperson to do a walk around with you. Whatever you find after you drive away is on you. More

After 30+ years of driving, and having made numerous vehicle purchases, I have never had a more pleasant experience than the two times I have purchase After 30+ years of driving, and having made numerous vehicle purchases, I have never had a more pleasant experience than the two times I have purchased from Donohoo. They have an awesome web site that easily allows for a detailed search of their inventory. On our last visit I showed up and the car I was interested in was backed up to the the curb in front of the building as I had called ahead. After being greeted warmly by their two receptionists, and having my DL info collected, we were invited to take it for a test drive at our leisure with no other interaction from their sales staff. We took the next half hour to inspect and drive the car, and then met with a member of their sales team (Mark Hubbard) who gave us hard copies of the CarFax (also found in their web site listings) and Auto Check reports for the vehicle. All vehicles that I considered were priced very reasonably with respect to KBB Fair Purchase Price and NADA numbers. They advertise no haggle pricing, and I saw no reason to based on the research I had done. I asked for the vehicle to be put on a rack in their service department for a more thorough evaluation, and within 10 minutes I was walking underneath it with a flashlight. (NOTE: Their service department is quite clean and highly organized...pretty much what you would find at a new car dealership. Very impressive for a type A person like myself.) After about 15 - 20 to minutes to prepare the paperwork I was taken to their business manager to sign the documents and close the deal. I have never encountered another dealer that does business quite the way they do at Dononoo. My wife absolutely LOATHES car shopping as she has tagged along on too many visits to dealerships that lasted WAY too long (mostly in an attempt to pressure a sale). Her preference is for car shopping to be like dress shopping...go to the store...get directed to the appropriate department...pick out a few dresses...try them on...decide which one you like (can be more than one in dress shopping!)...head to a cashier...pay and leave. That's pretty much what you get when shopping at Donohoo. She actually enjoyed this purchase experience. That is a HUGE statement! I highly recommend Donohoo Auto if they have the make and model you are looking for! More
