My sales person was Eric Jones and he was the most helpful and professional salesperson I have worked with. Even before I actually arrived, he would reach to me via email to see if I was still car hunting. His consistency and speedy response times won me and my dad over completely. To top it off, once we arrived home with my car, I had to take it to the dealership to check a window shade that was not properly functioning. We called back to Donohoo because the shade was not covered and without a single hitch, they offered to pay the tab because the malfunction was caused on their behalf. Talk about awesome customer care!!! As long as I am driving, Donohoo will always have my business!! More
