Great buying experience! I was very pleased with the way I was treated through the whole transation, and even more so from Donohoo's Customer Service team. My daughter and I I was very pleased with the way I was treated through the whole transation, and even more so from Donohoo's Customer Service team. My daughter and I had just flown in from Arizona to buy a used car for college. I wanted to buy from a reputable dealership in case she had any problems with her car in Tuscaloosa. We saw a car she liked on Truecar.com and even had an independent ASE certified mechanic from Lemon Squad.com take a look at the car the day before our arrival. He identified some issues and the Donohoo Auto team took the initiative to fix those issues. When we arrived, the car looked great and the test drive sold us. At closing, there were no hidden mark ups and only a very reasonable handling/paperwork charge of $199 + Alabama Sales tax. Within a day of the transaction, we saw a low tire pressure light, so I called Mark Hubbard who connected me with Jimmy Burns in Service. Jimmy asked me to bring the car back the next morning and he'd take a look at it. He found a nail in one of the tires, patched it free of charge, and had us on our way!
