Thanks for your thorough review. Yes - we have a huge inventory of used vehicles (typically we stock more than 400 at any given time) and are a high-volume dealership. For that reason, as you noted, many times we address individual vehicles as they are sold. But we give all of our customers personal service and want them to be happy in the vehicle that is right for them, as you discovered. So we'll certainly address any issues that may arise. We price our cars to go, and most customers appreciate the hassle-free approach...no bruised feelings or time wasted on a lot of back and forth.
