I called the day before to inquire about 2 cars, and they actually had them pulled up in front and ready for me to test drive the next day. I then was considering another vehicle and my salesman had it available within minutes. About the test drive....they actually just hand you the keys and let you drive it all by yourself. I hate it when a salesperson always has to ride along with you. The best thing is there was literally no wasted time all the way through the financing completion. I was in and out of there with my new car within a couple hours, and that included 4 test drives! Best place EVER! These people REALLY have their act together!! More

My husband and I had our third car-buying experience with Donohoo Auto a few weeks ago after a tree fell on my 2005 Jetta (also purchased from Donohoo My husband and I had our third car-buying experience with Donohoo Auto a few weeks ago after a tree fell on my 2005 Jetta (also purchased from Donohoo.) The process was about as seamless as possible as far as sales, but due to some communication issues with my husband because of a dead cell phone, it was nearly the end of the day by the time everything went through with my financing and paperwork. I had a rental car that had to be returned, and the staff at Donohoo went seriously out of their way to make sure that I drove home in my new car that evening. This makes three extremely positive experiences we've had - we've never felt pushed or pressured to purchase something we don't want, we're always given plenty of options, and the inventory is amazing. They've certainly earned our loyalty! More

As it does seem to get the process done, and get it done effici The car shopping experience here is completely different than anything I've ever seen. As it does seem to get the process done, and get it done efficiently.. it is different. You barely speak to a sales consultant and you drive the car by yourself. This does have its pros and cons.. I didn't feel like I was able to get information about the vehicle at the time I was test driving, etc. the whole process was really smooth though and everyone was extremely nice. I like the fact that there is no pushing salesy schemes.. basically what you see if what you get and for that exact reason is why I chose to purchase a vehicle from them today. More
