We set aside an afternoon for test drives and specified we likely would not buy on that day, but, rather, we would evaluate the cars, think about the purchase, and as long as we found the right car, come back to buy. That's no problem for Donohoo. There is NO hurry-up, buy-now approach. Instead, Donohoo takes the time to answer your questions and give you the time to decide. They even pulled up the cars next to each other so we could compare them side-by-side. We particularly appreciate the information Eric Jones provided and his overall approach to working with customers. Further, the value Donohoo offered for our trade was very fair. The purchase price for the new car was great. And the financing process was seamless. Lastly, when the car was pulled up for us to take it home, it was IMMACULATE - we were thrilled with the clean and spotless interior and exterior. It was filled with gas, and a dealer rep was on-hand to answer any final questions about the car's features. This was our second purchase from Donohoo. After some time, we look forward to our third. Good experience. For being new in the country and as a first experience it was good, different to what I am used to but good. I got the car, a very good car I would For being new in the country and as a first experience it was good, different to what I am used to but good. I got the car, a very good car I would say so far, however I still have some doubts about it and I would know after an inspection with my mechanic this weekend. I would have liked to take it to the mechanic before buying it but I live 100 miles away from Donohoo and I don't know any mechanic by that area so I didn't ask them and I don't know if they had allowed me to do it. The attention is good, everybody is kind and are always willing to help. I would have liked a bit more of personalized attention, I felt like if I was in walmart buying groceries got them in the bag and pay. We are buying a car, is not such a small thing, we are spending a very good money for buying a car and not $100 for buying groceries. I would also have liked they be willing/open to negotiate the price but they didn't, they just said it was final price. Other than that I would rate as a good experience. Also, I had some problems when register my car because of my name didn't match but I have to say, all these people were really helpful and always responded quickly and in very good manner, specially Jonathon and Marci who were the persons who helped me to get this fixed. Definetelly I would recommend and would look for a car with Donohoo again, even when it is 1.5 hours driving from where I live. More
