My DonohooAuto.Experiences! I have bought two cars for Donohoo Auto. They were and are great cars. Detailing Fiasco My DonahooAuto experience was totally Awesome.....until I was about to get into my newly purchased vehicle. First, I will address the Awesome: Every My DonahooAuto experience was totally Awesome.....until I was about to get into my newly purchased vehicle. First, I will address the Awesome: Everyone up front was great; the receptionists super nice and helpful, Jonathan, Alex, and our Finance lady ... Superior and above the call of duty. The not so Awesome. I am an extremely picky person....would definitely have noticed circular shaped scratches on the driver and passenger side front doors! Purchased the car, signed everything, and anxiously waiting for my new car to come around front. Walked up to it ... what the **** Scratches, scratches, and more scratches. Was reassured that the scratches could definitely be buffed out ... car disappeared to the back. I wait. And Wait And Wait ... an hour and a half. Then, left to eat lunch (midafternoon by now). Came back and car was up front. Some circular "shapes" still present. My new car excitement was gone way before I left Donahoo Auto. This should not have happened. Quality Inspections are necessary. This Lexus RX350 was damaged during whatever your guys/gals do before delivering the vehicles to the new purchasers. I will recommend Donahoo, but will certainly advise folks to document with photos before signing on the dotted line. Final chapter to this story. Got home and decided to sit in the back seat to get a feel for it. On the back of the passenger seat was mucus (yes, a "booger")! Also black scuff marks on door frame, and along door runners. Some major buildup of leaves, etc. around the windshield wipers - do ya'll not have vacuums for this? I have not driven the vehicle since getting it home. Will not drive it until my husband has the entire inside detailed / disinfected. Again, the up front folks were awesome. The back of house folks damaged my vehicle. Took forever to halfway fix it and halfway cleaned it up. Because of the back of house folks - my purchase ended with a bad experience. --DR More
