We were over-the-top impressed with every aspect of our purchase. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and was able to take it on my own. The salesman Eric did not pressure us to purchase at all. They do not work on commission so they weren't hovering over us. The prices are fixed so what you see is what you get, no worries about having to negotiate or haggle over prices. We came back a few days later and were ready to purchase the car and Tina the closing agent had everything ready to go, we signed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Then Mo gave us an orientation of all the features of the vehicle including navigation, audio, and Bluetooth set up. He made sure we were able to connect our devices and gave us a great demonstration of all the tech features. Here's where the customer services goes above and beyond. My wife told Mo that she had not been able to connect her phone to a car we have had for several years and Mo actually helped us set up the Bluetooth in my wife's car too! We were blown away. That was the sales process. When we got home, the next day we noticed one of the tires had a bulge in it which we had not seen prior to leaving the dealership. I spoke with Tina about it and she had Kathryn contact me. Kathryn asked me to email a photo of the tire and the bulge. She reviewed it with the service manager and called me back to let me know they would replace the tire for me! Again, we were blown away. They ordered the tire and had it the next day. We drove back to the dealership and they had it done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service from the sale to the service after the sale! More
Sad about our latest experience with DonohooAuto LLC I got a loan (through my bank) to purchase the car on May 18th and spoke to Jim Hardy about the purchase. He knew we were coming on the 20th to get the car. I tired out the car and it had tar on the hood (which was believed to be missing paint) and was dirty inside and out. We were upset with Jim for letting us set for an hour waiting for the paint to be put on the car. He had no idea what was going on and we decided to go to lunch while he found out what was going on. When we came back an hour later the car was not ready. Jim was not concerned at all. We were upset and Trey Anger came over to speak to us about the issue. He let us know they could work on the car and clean it up and bring the car to us in Madison Al. At this time it had been realized it was tar and not missing paint on the hood. We agreed thinking the car would be cleaned on Monday 22nd and brought to us that afternoon. Trey was called on the 22nd and he stated they were working on it and led me to believe it would be delivered on the 23rd. On the 24th when the car still had not been delivered Trey was called. He stated they had two other cars coming our way and it would be delivered on the 24th. The gentlemen that delivered the car said they were not available on the 23rd and they did not have to deliver any other automobiles near us. We did not appreciate the lack of respect or lies. Jim is the least friendly dealer I have ever come in contact with and could care less about customers. I hate you lost Lance. We purchased a Lexus 4 years ago from him and he had great customer service and a caring personality. Trey appeared to have that same caring attitude, but lied about following through with his commitment. He stated he would make sure they did what they needed to do and would get the car to us. He would stay on top of the issue. I do not feel he stayed on top of the issue when he had our car for 4 working days being cleaned up and delivered. I was not a good experience. However we like the low pressure to purchase a car and the freedom to try out the car on the highway and in the city. Hope this experience is not that the dealership is losing control and caring less about customer service. More

Good but could be much better We drove all the way from Memphis Tennessee to purchase this vehicle. Overall this was a good experience. Mark Hubbard was the Internet salesman that I work with. I called Mark to let him know that we were on our way from Memphis and to get the vehicle detailed and ready. We were disappointed when we arrived to find that the vehicle was poorly detailed and there was dog hair throughout the backseat . I was expecting to be greeted by Mark when we arrived but he never came out to meet us or welcome us to the car lot. Not what we expect from a pro salesman. Melissa Montoya greeted us at the front desk when we arrived and she was super. She quickly got the vehicle brought out front for us to test drive. So, we jumped into the Sequoia and took off on our test drive. It would have been nice to get the rundown of the features of the vehicle before we left the car lot. Melissa was nice enough to give us some direction on where we could go to test drive the vehicle since we were not familiar with the area. we have plenty of time to test drive the vehicle with no hassle. We finally came back and we were connected with Eric Jones and this guy was great! As we drove the vehicle, we noticed some on usual vibrations of the wheel. We told Eric about this and he immediately took it to the service department because we thought it might have been an alignment issue. we told Eric about the poor detail job and he also got someone to detail the SUV the way that we expected. Eric provide a top-notch customer service and this guy listens to the customer and was very responsive. We ask him to expedite our request so that we could get back to Memphis before too late. Eric did just that. We proceeded to the finance area with Tina and we made the purchase of the vehicle while it was being serviced. we went to grab a bite to eat and Eric called us and said there was not an alignment issue but an issue with the tires. The previous owner did not properly inflated the tires which caused some cupping issues. The dealership agreed to give us a check to get new tires. Nice! Adam then came out and walked us through the features of the vehicle after we made the purchase. He was good but I wish they had shown as this before we did our test drive. overall we were please with the purchase that we bought. We made it back to Memphis safely around 10 PM without any issues and the vehicle drove good all the way back home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly recommend that you ask for Eric Jones as your salesman. This guy is great! Also I can't say enough about Melissa Montoya. Overall, a good experience. More
