Fantastic experience On June 3rd my husband and I went to Donohoo auto for the very first time. My experience there was AWESOME! We pulled up and walked around the lot. Never once did we have annoying salespeople invading our space!!! Once we saw what we liked, I called to see if the vehicle was still available while standing on the lot. I spoke with Mark Hubbard and he checked. And from there, that's when our journey began...Mark told us to come and test drive the vehicle. We entered the building and Mark was standing waiting for us. He explained how the process worked, we then test drove without the salesperson...After test driving, the process was so smooth and from Mark Hubbard negotiating to Becky explaining the contract, and Sam explaining how to operate my vehicle, all gave excellent customer service and felt like they really cared! And not to mention, we were only there 2 hours and out the door! Love my car and thanks Donohoo family for making my experience a memorable one!!! More

Quick, No pressure, GREAT CARS I knew the car I wanted before I walked in the door, but Jonathan and Eric made sure I was taken care of properly. Purchased a 2 yr old "new" Lexus I was skeptical at first of buying a car from a used car dealer. On arrival at Donohoo I was "blown away" by the size and number of cars for sale on t I was skeptical at first of buying a car from a used car dealer. On arrival at Donohoo I was "blown away" by the size and number of cars for sale on their lot. I had called ahead and spoke with Eric Jones a Sales Associate and told him of the Lexus I had seen on Auto Trader. When I arrived Eric had the Lexus waiting for me in front of the Offices. I was introduced to Eric by their friendly receptionist. I showed him what I wanted to trade in and he gave me the key to the Lexus for me to test drive. He said they would evaluate my car while I was gone. The Lexus was exactly as shown on line with only 462 miles and even had that wonderful new car smell. When I returned they and offer prepared and after a brief negotiation they accepted my offer and we signed the Agreement.Eric asked that I wait in the Customer Lounge area while they prepared the paper work. While waiting I was greeted by a nice young man named Sam. Sam went over all the features of the car and how to use them which was very helpful. The whole process was completed in less than 2 hours. After leaving Donohoo and driving North of Birmingham I discovered I had left my radar detector in the old car. I called Eric and he told me he would go get and mail it to me. I arrived in 2 days. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone I worked with was.I left there felling like they really appreciated my business. I would certainly recommend trying Donohoo Auto for your next automobile purchase. More
