A "like new" used Car First time buying a vehicle virtually sight unseen. Obviously the pictures posted with the vehicle description where vital. They were both accurate and clearly depicted the attributes of the car. In addition, my sales associate did a great job of highlighting some of the features of the vehicle that could not be seen in the pictures as well as sending me blemish pictures of the things that could not be seen. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly with regards to the car. It was a really painless process and when I actually saw the car when it was delivered, it was exactly what I expected. The only negative was that it was delivered without the temporary tag, owners/operators manual for both the vehicle and the infotainment system. Patrick made arrangements to have those items sent to us Fed Ex. We received the tag, and vehicle manual but not the infotainment manual. All in all, I would do the on-line buy again and I would most certainly choose Donohoo. More

Most AWESOME Dealership I had been looking around on-line for a vehicle. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I was sure what I wanted the vehicle to have. I found one on Donohoo I had been looking around on-line for a vehicle. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I was sure what I wanted the vehicle to have. I found one on Donohoo Chevrolets web page that was perfect. It was a 2016 Metallic Black Chevrolet Equinox LTZ that had everything I wanted and more. I couldn't believe the price it was listed at, so much cheaper than the local dealers. I had to decide if I wanted to drive to Ft. Payne to look at it. My husband and I went down one Saturday morning and looked at it. When we got there I expected some salesman to pounce on us right away, but boy was I wrong. We were greeted out on the lot by 3 different employees who told us if we needed anything they were there to assist, but if we wanted to walk and look around that was fine. We walked and looked at most all of the vehicles without anyone following us around. When we were ready, we went inside and was put with our salesman, Vince Haynes. He is a wonderful person to do business with. He never pressures you and lets you make the decision. I drove the Equinox I was interested in and really liked it. This was a demo model and therefore, there were a few scratches on it that bothered me. Vince told me he would have them fixed and call me and I could come back down. True to his word, he called and let me know when it was ready. We went back down and purchased the vehicle, which I totally love driving. Vince says he just treats his customers the way he would want to be treated and he does a good job at that. When we met with Jared who is also very nice, and had all of the paperwork signed and were ready to go, they had the Equinox washed and filled with gas. Twyla came out and showed me how to operate the menu on the touchscreen, explained the functions of all the features and helped me set up my OnStar. Twyla is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and super friendly. She called later on to make sure I was happy with my purchase and see if I had any questions. Their main goal is to have happy, satisfied customers and I am one of them. Though it may be a bit of a drive, I would definitely recommend Donohoo Chevrolet when you are ready to purchase another vehicle. I will go back there when the time comes that I need another vehicle.
