Donley Ford of Shelby - Service Center

Had a lemon car.. Ford did not think so..3engines 8 mths. The service dept at shelby donley were really nice guys and really tried but corp stunk as did the car. Very good service Call and ask to get my car in to get service,they fit me in less than three day.I went in and sit down a Call and ask to get my car in to get service,they fit me in less than three day.I went in and sit down and watch tv,it was less than one hour and my car was back out and sitting infront for me to leave.If that not fast i have never went any other place and got service that good.What i can say is the sevice department has been the top of my list for being the best. On warranty; free! In my garage was my Explorer and a low battery. After AAA came, they said go back to your dealer; it appears your battery is on warranty.
