The guys at the service desk were very friendly. My mom and I both took our cars in for oil changes and they explained how our Ford Pass points worked. For the most part everything went well. I had service done on my leased 2019 Escape. There was a problem with the brakes so they had to keep it. A loaner was given to me. It was on a Friday and they didn't get it done till late in the day. I live 45 minutes away so Chris said I could pick it up on Saturday. Picked it up on Saturday and of course the service department was not open. The bill was $45 I think. I had purchased a service contract when I leased it so I told them I didn't have to pay for the Works. Got a call first thing Monday morning from someone almost accusing me of picking up the vehicle without paying. I said I had the extra service contract. He Says, well if we would have known that we would have written it up differently. When I told him I had the service contract he paused for a second then said Oh yes I do see that. I don't like having the feeling of being accused of something that was your responsibility to know. I was pretty unhappy about that part. Everything else went well. More
