Called to come in early for an oil change, was told the tech was running ahead of schedule, at 6:20 pm. Original appointment time was for 7. Didn’t leave until 7:48pm. I should’ve came in at 7 at my original scheduled time. I would also like someone to explain to me why there’s never a rental available for service. When I purchased my brand new F150 last October and used Escape this year, I was told free rental as long you purchase from Donley. That’s the Donley promise! Plastered all over donleys walls yet never are available. Little frustrated. More
