They were able to get me in a MONTH sooner than the dealership where I had purchased my SUV for the 10k service. My vehicle was showing 0% oil life after only having driven only 4k miles from the last dealership where I had purchased my SUV for the 10k service. My vehicle was showing 0% oil life after only having driven only 4k miles from the last oil change at the dealership from where I bought it. They also tried to figure out why my vehicle was getting much fewer miles (1500-3500 miles less) than the average amount of miles between oil changes in an Escape. It didn't take even an hour for them to accomplish all that, so the wait for my car wasn't excessive. More

I purchased this truck with being told it went through there inspection thinking all was good. Then 2 days later realized the front break pads were almost on steel and the rotors were shot as well. Called there inspection thinking all was good. Then 2 days later realized the front break pads were almost on steel and the rotors were shot as well. Called and asked what they would do to make it right and they said it passed there inspection he asked me to send pictures so I did and several days later still haven’t heard anything. 8/25/22 Since writing this review the salesman has reached out and with the service department they have reimbursed me for the parts I replaced .
