The sales lady was extremely nice and helpful absolutely worked well with us. With that being said I brought the vehicle home put it on a lift and instantly found that a rear spring was cracked very noticea worked well with us. On top of that the second I hooked my scanner up to it, it had faults in the transmission for 3rd clutch solenoid. The tires vibrate pretty bad which Indicates that they were not properly balanced. Now I also know when you buy a used car your buying problems I'm no stranger to that, what really irritates me is that you can very clearly see this vehicle was barley looked over before it was sold and when doing the final paper work I asked if there was an issue with something dose it have a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty I was answered with a " no if something was wrong with the car you traded in can we come and get ours back " More

Would not honor their verbal deal to repair the dent in the Acura. I have contacted the main location in Ashland with absolutely zero results.
