Mikaela was great. I had written to two dealers from online advertisers. 100% of the reason that I came to the dealership in Shelby was because of Mikaela's response rate. Once there, Dan treated online advertisers. 100% of the reason that I came to the dealership in Shelby was because of Mikaela's response rate. Once there, Dan treated me very well. He had two deals going at the same time, but never did I feel neglected. He even encouraged me to look at another vehicle to make certain I was going to make the right buy...and ultimately that is the one I purchased! More
