Wow, what a change in 14 years to the buying experience. We met Dan R. at Donley Ford and he changed my view of the buying experience. Dan was a very customer oriented sales consultant and continually insured the customer was satisfied. Laid back salesman, no pressure to up sell or haggle. Same experience with the finance person, no hard sale on financing or extended warranties, just told us the options. One side note that should be mentioned as another positive for Donley dealership, we purchased a new/used vehicle (4500 miles). Was told 3 year warranty started at time of sale. Once we purchased, found out that it had started 1.5 years earlier from Ford directly when Donley took ownership of the vehicle from the manufacturer. It was a surprise to me but also Donley. Donley stepped up and without question purchased an extended warranty to get me my full 3 year warranty, plus some. So, great buying experience started with Dan R. and followed up by the Donley dealership. Would highly recommend both. More

This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Jessica had two different options of a Ford Explorer waiting for me when I arrived.
