As a very young, female, first time car buyer, it was such a relief to see Richelle’s face greet me at the door! I was never treated with anything but respect, courtesy, and understanding. There were ZER such a relief to see Richelle’s face greet me at the door! I was never treated with anything but respect, courtesy, and understanding. There were ZERO hoops to jump through, all information was given upfront and very straight forward. I am beyond impressed with the honesty of this dealership. Richelle was very personal and accommodating to my bizarre circumstance that involved getting a lot information over state lines through my whole process. And most importantly the entire dealership was kind to my dog :) I returned to this dealership after shopping around other places because of the acceptance and honesty Richelle showed me.
