Respectful treatment I appreciate the service I received during my last appointment. After having service performed on my vehicle, I thought I still had the same problem. I appreciate the service I received during my last appointment. After having service performed on my vehicle, I thought I still had the same problem. The service department contacted me, made an appointment to pick up my car, evaluate the problem, fix the problem that really wasn't a problem, explained the situation to me and then returned my car to me all in the same day. Even though I did something that wasn't real smart, I was treated with respect and understanding. My advice to others is "Don't hang items, no matter how small on your vehicles control arms.
