I've been bringing my vehicles here for the past couple years, and won't go anywhere else. My most recent visit was for a recall that took 2 days. Worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Horrid service. Tried to upsell instead of doing what I asked them to do maintenance wise on my vehicle. And with a manufacturer issue reoccurring you’d think they w Tried to upsell instead of doing what I asked them to do maintenance wise on my vehicle. And when in for service they tell me the motor is broken yet I leave and it miraculously is operational again. Retrain your service people. And one more thing… if the scheduled service is at 11 and I drop it off an hour ahead of time. Don’t call 15 min before closing to tell me it’s finally done. Yet you refused to do ANYTHING I requested. Instead tried to upsell me what I certainly don’t need! Horrible service all around and clearly Still irate over this More

I recently purchased a new set of tires and spent $1,000. I was not very happy that the tires were very dirty. After spending that kind of money, I would have thought that the least that could have been done I was not very happy that the tires were very dirty.
