Took my king ranch in to have the heated seats fixed…. Received my truck back with my phone charging cable stuck in my dash and my speakers messed up and completely fuzzy. When I asked kindly for them to look at the speakers, my speakers were “fine”, they “didn’t have the dash open” and “wasn’t their fault.” Even though the cable was obviously stuck in the dash? Wouldn’t fix or acknowledge their mistake without me paying labor. As happy as I am to have my heated seats I’m very disappointed and now have to go elsewhere to have my speakers fixed More
