Very pleased with my experience at Donley Ford. Only post sales complaint I have concerns the fact that I wasn't shown a printed form listing the cost for purchasing a premium care package for a new Ford Edg sales complaint I have concerns the fact that I wasn't shown a printed form listing the cost for purchasing a premium care package for a new Ford Edge. I went to Ford's web page and couldn't find the info there either, so I question whether or not I was over charged. This is the reason I'm only giving the finance department a 4 star rating. More

I have been coming to Donley for over ten years. I come there because I have confidence that my vehicles will be serviced right. We will be replacing our 2011 escape in the next year or so.
