I received excellent care. Tyler Duncan went out of his way to ensure that I had A1 care. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only customer he had. The whole group did a great job in making me feel special. A very different experience from the one I had 5 years ago. I will definitely recommend Donley of Mt. Vernon to my friends. I don't remember the General Manager's name but he did an excellent job and filled in when Tyler was busy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my dumb questions. Alicia also did a great job of finding just the right car and met my requirements. More

I took my car in for the service of oil change and rotation of tires. The girl took my key and said they would be with me ASAP because I was waiting for the car. They were quick and all staff concerne rotation of tires. The girl took my key and said they would be with me ASAP because I was waiting for the car. They were quick and all staff concerned were very professional and friendly, and the car was hand washed..
