Tyler was great from the start when we walked onto the car lot . He was very friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted . He also knew what was most important to me and helped me find the perfec car lot . He was very friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted . He is by far one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many and been in sales myself. I have always been a Donley customer and if you ask me they’re very lucky to have him on your team ! The finance guy Jeff was nice too and helped me understand everything I was signing and very patient with all my questions. I appreciate the teamwork ! I ordered a 2022 bronco sport in October and they told me it would be ready in March. The ordering process was very easy, it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Jim was great! I walked out of the dealership with my brand new car exactly how I wanted it, they worked to get my financing exactly where it needed to be, and it was overall just a very simple and great process.
