This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was very smooth and they were very patient with me so I could get everything established with the down payment. Alicia was amazing! Jeff was very professional and very helpful during the financial process and did a very great job explaining everything. It was comforting knowing what I am paying for a month when I got the gap insurance and the triple plan. Jim was very kind and explained all of the buttons and gadgets in the car so it was easier to figure out what each button does. My daughter was shy but very sad leaving the old car since it’s the only vehicle she knows and she struggles with change. Jim and Alicia were very compassionate and understanding of her feelings. (Update she loves the new car now :) ) Now I have a safe vehicle to take my child to very important doctor appointments in Columbus. I feel safe having Donelys roadside assistance when I take these trips. I’m great full that Jeff explained the roadside and how it works especially for these long trips.
