I took my F150 in for a starter issue. They did nothing and said nothing was wrong. The starter will barely crank when hot but is fine when cold. They would not warranty the starter and it They did nothing and said nothing was wrong. The starter will barely crank when hot but is fine when cold. They would not warranty the starter and it is still happening. I will drive down to to Pataskala next time for service. More

Once again, the service department hit it out of the ballpark. Leah and Tina were friendly and so helpful (like always), and the service guys were awesome. I brought my Fleet truck in for service, and i ballpark. Leah and Tina were friendly and so helpful (like always), and the service guys were awesome. I brought my Fleet truck in for service, and it was done within an hour. I didn't even have enough time to finish my shopping at Rural King when they called and said, my truck was ready. Always a great experience and a magnificent staff in the service department. More

Well, I haven't even made my first payment yet and it's going to another dealership for a new fuel pump that's gonna cost me $900... Especially after they said it was blue dot certified and then ended up p going to another dealership for a new fuel pump that's gonna cost me $900... Especially after they said it was blue dot certified and then ended up pulling that warranty at the end of the deal stating the vehicle was to old and the emergency brake never got checked during that "certification"... Not to thrilled about this..... More
