4 hr oil change I’ve been a customer 20 plus years .with no issues .since the change of hands from the store manager..to the service manager.. the handling of my 4ho I’ve been a customer 20 plus years .with no issues .since the change of hands from the store manager..to the service manager.. the handling of my 4hour oil changed is appalling..starting from replacement of ball bearings and ball joints .. to a broken lower arm and broken axle ... and the unprofessional handling of the incident ... will not be back ... to think I was just there for a simple oil change .... Salesman Andy Tilley and Service Department Supervisor Larry Arndt are great at what they do. They are both extremely helpful and both have a wonderful sense of humor! I feel that is important in a customer-salesperson relationship. When you can joke around with someone without causing hard feelings, it makes the transaction go that much smoother! We took our 2015 Mustang in for an oil change and while the service department was working on that, we looked at some trucks. We didn't find a truck, but left happy anyway! More
