I purchased a used 2016 F350 with 56000 miles on it. I was told I was being sold a "Ford Certified" truck. Upon my first drive the check fuel cap light came on and then the engine light came on. I also I was told I was being sold a "Ford Certified" truck. Upon my first drive the check fuel cap light came on and then the engine light came on. I also notice very bad wheel hop and vibration at highway speed. After bringing my issues up to the dealer I was immediately contacted by my salesman Tim McCane and my service manager Karl Them. Together they quickly put a plan together to resolve my issues. They replaced my tires with new and put on a part to correct the check engine and fuel cap light. I am up and running in my F350. More
