I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt from the time I pulled into the parking lot to look around ! Tim was fantastic in fitting me into something I wanted. I test drove couple vehicles and could have mo pulled into the parking lot to look around ! Tim was fantastic in fitting me into something I wanted. My experience with Donley Ford of Galion was pleasurable. I was looking for a newer used car. Drew was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn’t feel pressured. Donley was able to search their ot I was looking for a newer used car. Drew was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn’t feel pressured. Donley was able to search their other dealerships to find me the cars that were of interest to me. I. The end of this 2 month process, I decided on a new car. Again the patience that Drew had with this old lady and explaining the technology was over and above what I expected. I appreciated the employees there that I worked with and I am impressed with the Donley Difference Plan. More
