great customer service we were intending just to look at vehicles, not purchase, gary lewis greeted us and was very professional, not pushy, which is important to us and ver we were intending just to look at vehicles, not purchase, gary lewis greeted us and was very professional, not pushy, which is important to us and very knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock. He was very patient as we had many questions and specific needs. after showing us several vehicles we found one that fit our needs. Gary and Tim got our paper work going, processed and the purchase was completed. the next day we found floor mats were missing, went back and Tim made sure we got a brand new set......all of which adds up to an excellent customer experience. We had not dealt with Donley ford before this and have already recommended Donley to several people. Now we are hoping our future actions with Donley will be a great experience also. More

Salesman Andy Tilley and Service Department Supervisor Larry Arndt are gr When we go to Donley Ford of Galion, we feel like we are visiting family! Salesman Andy Tilley and Service Department Supervisor Larry Arndt are great at what they do. They are both extremely helpful and both have a wonderful sense of humor! I feel that is important in a customer-salesperson relationship. When you can joke around with someone without causing hard feelings, it makes the transaction go that much smoother! We took our 2015 Mustang in for an oil change and while the service department was working on that, we looked at some trucks. We didn't find a truck, but left happy anyway! More
