4 hr oil change I’ve been a customer 20 plus years .with no issues .since the change of hands from the store manager..to the service manager.. the handling of my 4ho I’ve been a customer 20 plus years .with no issues .since the change of hands from the store manager..to the service manager.. the handling of my 4hour oil changed is appalling..starting from replacement of ball bearings and ball joints .. to a broken lower arm and broken axle ... and the unprofessional handling of the incident ... will not be back ... to think I was just there for a simple oil change ....
