Drew was such a huge help in finding the perfect car and spec for me and my family. He kept me updated constantly and was very nice about it! Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Drove to Bucyrus when finished. Noticed a horrible smell, like gas going and coming. Son took car back to Donley. Discovered they used a brake cleaner on t Bucyrus when finished. Noticed a horrible smell, like gas going and coming. Son took car back to Donley. Discovered they used a brake cleaner on the engine and didn't clean it off and did not tighten the oil cap so oil spewed inside the engine. Carl, the Service Manager, had the machinic take the car and clean under the hood and tighten the cap. They both apologized profusely but, in my mind, the damage was done. Will I go back, probably. Will I recommend the service, doubt it. Also found out they will not be making cars, except for the Mustang, anymore, only making SUVs and Pickup trucks. What about those of us who do not want an SUV or pickup? I think Ford is going to lose my business. More
