Tim was amazing! The process was very easy. Though it was a busy evening for them I was taken care of as quickly as they could. The car I purchased was detailed whi The process was very easy. They were professional, friendly , knowledgeable and hardworking. Tim is very laid back which I like and support when it comes to making a purchase. He never xxxxxxxxxxx us (which most sales people do sadly). He always kept in contact and replied fast during this longer car process! He answered all of my questions and showed me everything I needed before I was on my way in my new bronco !!! For me big decisions like purchasing a vehicle can be overwhelming and stressful, yet with Tim and donley ford it seemed relaxed, easy, and like I wasn’t being pressured every minute i was in there like most dealerships I have dealt with are .
