Alex is amazing, he’s a hard trustworthy guy, I bought my first vehicle with him, my daughter has also gotten a vehicle through him, I’m back now for another one. Drew Kopina and Andy Tilley were super. Competent, easy to work with and they listened. I received a fair deal on both my trade and purchase. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. My issue was the fuel cap of the truck that went missing between the time it went to the shop to check a recall and when it came back from detailing. Drew personally looked for the cap and went to the gas station to check there also. A replacement cap was ordered immediately but took 2 days to arrive. Once it did arrive I received 2 notification calls. Karl Them, Service Manager is another high quality employee. He saw me driving up and met me in the parking lot to personally clip in the replacement part. The folks I worked directly with cared greatly, but somewhere in the dealership there is someone who could do a lot better. All said I believe the dealership is already addressing the issue. I would recommend them without hesitation and do business with them again. More

We have done business with Donley Ford in Galion for a number of years and have enjoyed working with the staff. I have enjoyed the friendlyness of all the staff. Tim has always done right by us.
