I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on my Focus for my trip. They did not rotate the tires, nor did they call me to let me know this. I picked up my car at 7:45pm. I worked until 1 AM getting the F for my trip. They did not rotate the tires, nor did they call me to let me know this. I picked up my car at 7:45pm. I worked until 1 AM getting the Ford lug nuts off and peeling the aluminum covers off each of the 20 lug nuts so I could rotate the tires to go on vacation later that same morning. Needless to say, I'm NOT happy about your service !!! More
