Took our transit in for bad front wheel bearing under warranty and was told they was fine and it is the tires with less than 33,000 miles on it. Have never had tires growl like this so took to another de warranty and was told they was fine and it is the tires with less than 33,000 miles on it. All this could have been fixed under warranty if someone would have done their job. More

The staff was pleasant as always, service and news of defective lug nuts was disappointing. Ford and Lincoln should stand behind something as basic as a lug nut.
