I liked the willingness to work with me in the purchase. Max was good to work with, however he needs more training. I would have liked it if I was shown some of the basic features of the vehicle. Consider your training program as a four step procedure. 1) show how it is done. 2) tell the trainee what to do as they do it. 3) gave the trainee do it as he tells you what he is doing. 4) have them do it on their own. Took my SUV to the dealership and gave them all day to fix the issue. After 450 plus dollars spent and all day . Went into the dealership to get into my SUV . Got in and went less than a mile down the roa fix the issue. After 450 plus dollars spent and all day . Went into the dealership to get into my SUV . Got in and went less than a mile down the road the problem came back. Check engine light. Took it immediately back and it took the back. Hopefully the problem is fixed. More
