I’ve been trying to get my car fixed for two years. Deciding to go a little out of my area, I called Donaldson. Kari was very helpful, made arrangements for me to bring my car in. It was looked at when then said it would be, fixed within the time they said it would be and everyone we came in contact with was welcoming and easy to work with.
