There is no assistance for Spanish speakers at all which is completely odd being that we are in Texas and I is the 2nd most spoken language. I never did find out if they simply lost the other set of keys or if they had been inexistent from the beginning. Failed to do even a complete detailing, much less the surface protection that was a mandatory $1500 charge. Salesperson said they would schedule it, never did.
